Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Cargoleaf (cargoleaf.eu), a web service for managing shipments of waste and the documents that go with them. By using the service you agree to them. [Operator legal name, registration number and address: to be completed.]
1. Access and payment
Access is by invitation and is available while your company's subscription is paid. If payment is not received, access to the service may be paused until it is. Your data is kept while access is paused.
2. Your data
You keep all rights to the shipment data and documents you put into Cargoleaf. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service, including reading uploaded documents with an AI model. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for checking and approving extracted data before relying on it.
3. Responsibility for compliance
Cargoleaf is a tool that helps you organise information. It does not give legal advice and does not replace your duties under Regulation (EU) 2024/1157 or any other law. Submissions to authorities remain your responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not share your login or let people who are not part of your company use your account.
- Do not upload unlawful content or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that caused the loss.
6. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to export or delete your data. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. Questions: [contact email: to be completed].
